From 7 September to 2 October, Primary has been exploring Our Community: the people who make up our community, our school community, the village around us, and kindness stones to leave around Benitachell.

To bring the project to a close we have organised a special morning with the Javea Volunteer Firefighters. Students will use the hoses, explore the equipment and learn about the work these volunteers do. Please drop your child directly at the fire station at 9:00; the minibus brings everyone back to school afterwards.

Good to know
  • Drop-off at 9:00 at the fire station, not at school. For a lift: the parents' WhatsApp carpool group.
  • Back at school by minibus around 11:30; the school day then continues as normal.
  • Spare clothes, a towel and closed shoes: the children will be using the hoses.
  • €10 per child covers the minibus and a donation to the volunteers.
